Return of Goods
Returns will not be accepted unless prior approval has been given. If approval is given then a 20% restocking fee will apply. Quotation of the relevant invoice number will facilitate prompt handling of returns due to faulty workmanship or incorrect supply will be replaced or credited to the invoice value of the returned product which will be the total limit of Coating Supplies’s liability. Return freight charges in such cases will be accepted by Coating Supplies provided our normal carrier is used for the return of the goods. Returns due to customer error will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances. Claims arising from incorrect supply of goods must be made within seven (7) days of invoice date.
